This is the story of a family with more than 35 years of life spent between fabrics and sewing machines.
We love and value a tradition that has been handed down from father to son, that has been able to renew itself over the generations, that improves and evolves every day and will
continue to do so for the rest of its life.
Upper Fashion is a company of the Upper Group, formed by a team that has always been involved in the production of fashion.
We believe that our great passion for trousers combined with a love of Italian tailoring is the real asset in what we do.

Over the years we have worked with the best factories in Italy and around the world, from China to Cambodia, learning methods,
techniques and operating procedures that today allow us to guarantee the highest pro-duction quality.
For about 10 years now we have been perma-
nently established in Pakistan, with the concrete aim of passing on our know-how and all the beauty and elegance of Italy to our Pakistani team.

We have a real obsession with the customer and the projects we carry out.
We are constantly searching not only for new trends and materials, but also and above all for new production processes, in order to produce garments of superior quality.
We are not outsourcers but true partners because we love the brands we work for.

Questa è la storia di una famiglia che porta sulle spalle oltre 35 anni di vita trascorsi tra stoffe , bottoni e macchine per cucire.
Amiamo e valorizziamo una tradizione tramandata di padre in figlio, che ha saputo rinnovarsi con il susseguirsi delle generazioni, che si migliora ed evolve ogni giorno e continuerà a farlo per il resto della vita.

Nel corso degli anni abbiamo collaborato con le migliori fabbriche d’Italia e del pianeta, dalla Cina alla Cambogia, apprendendo metodolo-gie, tecniche e procedure operative che oggi ci permettono di garantire la più elevata qualità produttiva.​​
Da circa 10 anni ci siamo definitivamente stabiliti in Pakistan, con l’obbiettivo già concre-tizzato di trasmettere il nostro know-how e tutta la bellezza e l’eleganza italiana al nostro team pakistano.

We have learnt a lot over the years, disco-vering all the secrets and techniques of Italian haute couture, and have passed on all our culture to our collaborators in Pakistan.

We don’t want to stop learning and growing. Ours is a continuous challenge to strive for perfection, so that future generations can continue to carry on our philosophy as we have learned from past generations.
We don’t love doing everything. What we really love is to design trousers that have a real soul.
This is why we have chosen to concentrate all our efforts on the production of trousers.

La moda, si sa, è in continua evoluzione. Come le onde del mare che si infrangono ripetutamente e instancabilmente continuano a farlo, così lei non si stanca mai di mostrarci un volto
nuovo e sempre più affascinante.
In questo scenario fatto di cambiamenti a volte repentini e di tendenze sempre nuove, ciò che offriamo è una bellezza senza tempo, fatta di
maniacale attenzione ad ogni singolo dettaglio, di accurata selezione di tessuti, di fitting scrupolosamente messi a punto e di una meticolosa attenzione ad ogni step della filiera
produttiva.
Collaborazione e condivisione sono alla base di ogni collezione che nasce e cresce nei nostri uffici in Italia e Pakistan.
Ogni scelta è fatta insieme, in un clima di continuo dialogo.
Abbiamo imparato molto negli anni, scoprendo tutti segreti e le tecniche dell’alta sartoria italiana e abbiamo trasmesso tutta la nostra cultura ai nostri collaboratori in Pakistan. Non vogliamo smettere di imparare e di crescere. La nostra è una sfida continua alla ricerca della perfezione, perchè le generazioni future possano continuare a portare avanti la nos-
tra filosofia così come anche noi abbiamo imparato dalle generazioni
passate.

Non amiamo fare tutto. Ciò che veramente amiamo è disegnare pantaloni che abbiano un’anima vera. Per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di concentrare tutte le nostre forze nella produzione di pantaloni. In questo mondo ormai senza confini ciò che vogliamo garantire è la bellezza italiana, la puntualità svizzera e i costi di produzione pakistani.

Two worlds, one goal

Travelling is undoubtedly the second thing we love most in the world. The first one is doing it for work.
We are constantly on the move, up and down between Italy and Pakistan, so much so that everyone knows us even at the airport.
Whenever we land in Karachi, our mangers, quality controllers and merchandisers are waiting for us warmly. Each of them has grown
with us and we have more than a decade’s relationship with those who have been with the project since its beginnings.

We work with the best factories in Pakistan, which we have carefully selected.
​
We take care of the entire supply chain from the purchase of the fabric to the import of the finished production.
When customers entrust us with a project, we carry it out step by step, with the same care and love as if it were our own.
Our business is constantly growing. That is why we are constantly working to increase our production force, which currently stands at around half a million units per month.
Thanks to the special collaboration and daily dialogue between our two offices in Italy and Pakistan, we are able to deliver on time, respond quickly to needs and keep an eye on production and customers at the same time.

Viaggiare è senza dubbio la seconda cosa che amiamo di più al mondo. La prima è farlo per lavoro.
Siamo in costate movimento, su e giù tra Italia e Pakistan, tanto che ormai ci conoscono tutti anche in aeroporto.
​
Ogni volta che atterriamo a Karachi calorosa-mentre ci aspettano i nostri manager, i quality controllers e i merchandiser. Ognuno di loro è cresciuto con noi e siamo legati da un rapporto decennale con chi è nel progetto dagli albori
​
Collaboriamo con le fabbriche migliori del Pakistan, che abbiamo accuratamente sele- zionato.
Curiamo tutta la filiera che va dall’acquisto del tessuto all’importazione della produzione
ultimata.
Quando i clienti ci affidano un progetto lo portiamo avanti passo dopo passo, con la stessa attenzione e amore come fosse nostro.
Il nostro business è in continua crescita. Per questo motivo lavoriamo costantemente per aumentare la forza produttiva, che attualmente è di circa mezzo milione di capi al mese.
Con la speciale collaborazione e il dialogo giornaliero tra i nostri due uffici, Italia e Pakistan, riusciamo ad essere puntuali con le delivery, rispondere rapidamente alle necessità e avere contemporaneamente gli oc-

We don’t really like to define our selves, so we asked some of our closest customers to do it for us.
We have summarized their answers in the “5 reasons why you should choose us” and took the liberty of adding a “plus one”.

Non ci piace molto definirci quindi abbiamo chiesto ad alcuni nostri clienti più cari di farlo per noi.
Abbiamo sintetizzato le loro risposte nelle “5 ragioni per cui sceglierci” e ci siamo solo permessi di aggiungere un “più uno”.

1. Perché siamo Customer First. Diamo la vita per i nostri clienti e nulla è più importante della loro soddisfazione.
